Notes

• All teams that register between March 1st and March 9th at midnight will be entered into a lottery for the direct entry spots for each division. For example, if pre-registration uses 30 of 60 available spots in a specific division and 40 more teams register on March 1st, then a lottery will be held for the 40 teams, 30 of which will be added to the main roster, and the remaining 10 will go on the waiting list or play in a qualifier.
  
  
• Lottery results will be announced via video shared by email and posted on Facebook on March 10th.
  
  
• Fees are payable by Visa/MasterCard or in advance by cheque.
  
  
• Send PayPal and email money transfers to payments@clubeg.ca.
  
  
• Cancelations are subject to a $40 processing fee per team. ($20/partner)
  
  
• Registrations are non-refundable after Aug 1, 2020.
  
  
• Registrations for qualifiers are non-refundable within one week of your chosen qualifier, a $25 processing fee per team will be charged for cancellations earlier than one week
  
  
• Teams that aren't paid in full within two weeks of registration will be removed from the roster to allow other teams to register.
  
  
• Teams that don't make the cut but play round two due to another team dropping out are not entitled to a complimentary ClubEG Membership, nor can they pre-register the following year.
  
  
• If a team makes the cut but can't play round two, they do receive a ClubEG Membership and may pre-register the following year.

Registration Priority/Process

• January is Champions Commitment Month: all past champions can register for direct entry in all divisions
• For Champion teams that have split up, only one will be secured a spot; if both register in January, which one gets a spot will be decided by a coin toss
